OUR RETURN POLICY
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original manufacturer's packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Items that have been mounted, modified, or show any signs of use are not eligible for a return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed the return.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- 1Contact Us: Email our support team at support@trueaimoptics.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- 2Receive RMA: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item.
- 3Ship Your Item: Securely package your item(s) and ship them back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- 4Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund promptly.
EXCLUSIONS
Please note that special orders and items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns.
